Our catalog
Every title on pornworldvr.com is licensed from the studio that produced it. We accept no user uploads. We nevertheless take copyright complaints seriously: if a title has been licensed to us in error, or you hold rights in material appearing on the Service, tell us and we will act.
Sending a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject line Copyright Notice, or write to us at the address below. So that we can act on it quickly, please include:
- identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed;
- identification of the material on our Service you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it: the title and the full URL of the page it appears on;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, on penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What we do next
We review every notice we receive. Where a complaint appears valid we remove or disable access to the material promptly, and we take it up with the studio that licensed it to us. We will let you know what we have done.
If you think we got it wrong
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to [email protected] including: identification of the material and where it appeared before removal; your name, address, telephone number and email; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your signature. We will consider it and restore the material if the complaint does not hold up.
Repeat infringement
We end our relationship with any licensor that repeatedly supplies material it is not entitled to license, and we close accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
False claims
Sending a knowingly false notice carries legal consequences, including liability for damages and costs. If you are unsure whether you hold the rights in question, take advice before sending one.
