pornworldvr.com (the “Service”) is operated by PornWorldVR (“we”, “us”). The Service is a subscription streaming platform for virtual-reality adult video licensed from third-party studios.

The Service contains sexually explicit material. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and only where it is lawful to view such material. By using the Service you represent that this is true.

You may not allow anyone under that age to access the Service through your account or your device. If you share a device with a minor, use the parental-control tools described in our Privacy Policy.

Sign-in is passwordless. You give us an email address, and we send a one-time code or a sign-in link to it. Anyone with access to that mailbox can sign in to your account, so keep it secure.

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can see the devices currently signed in, and sign any of them out, from your account page. One person, one account.

Some content requires a paid membership. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown before you pay, and payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. Memberships renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled case by case. Contact [email protected] and we will respond.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to stream the content for your own private, non-commercial viewing. That licence lasts only as long as your access does.

You may not:

• download, record, screen-capture, re-upload, redistribute or publicly show any content from the Service;
• share your account, sign-in codes or stream links with anyone else;
• circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, access-control or geographic restriction;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the catalog, or use automated means to access the Service;
• use the Service unlawfully, or send messages that are illegal, harassing, or that impersonate another person.

You can send a studio a private message about one of its videos. We pass it to that studio, together with the video it is about and your display name. It is not published on the Service and no other user sees it.

You keep ownership of what you write. We may keep a copy, and we may decline to pass on a message that breaks these terms. Once a message has been sent it cannot be recalled.

All video on the Service is licensed from the studios that produced it. There are no user uploads. The content, the site and its software remain the property of PornWorldVR and its licensors.

We aim to keep the Service available and the catalog growing, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Titles may be added or removed as licences change. Streaming quality depends on your connection, device and headset.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being shared or resold, or where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing [email protected].

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will give notice on the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
